Which Came First, the Chicken or the Egg?

 Did someone ever ask you that did a hen come first or an egg and were you able to answer it if no, then let us tell you its answer :

This is a question that has always made us thoughful. From the time of Greeks to the 21st century we still haven't been able to find the answer to this question that did chicken come first or an egg If we take this question directly then the answer will be an egg. Egg laying animals have been present much before the hens were born It is said that the first egg came 340 million years So the real question that should be asked will be that did the hen come first or its egg The answer lies on the fact that did the chicken came from egg or the egg came from the hen. According to the scientists the protein that is necessary for the development of an egg which is called OV 17 is only found in the ovaries of the hen due to which the outer shell cannot develop if it lacks.

   So it can be said that without a hen its impossible to have an egg But this depends on the physiology of the egg So lets learn that what an egg is Is the egg that which the hen lay or that from which the chicken came The OV 17 chicken came from somewhere for sure Consider that if an elephant lays an egg from which a lion was born then will that egg be called an elephant's egg or a lion's egg This hypothesis then brings us back to the egg During reproduction the DNA of two organisms interacts with each other.

 When there is the replication of DNA then there occurs a phenomenon of mutation in it due to which the baby looks different from the parents Similarly, a lot of mutations creates a new organism in millions of years But this mutation should occur in the first cell of the developing egg only then a new type of organism will be born. So think like this that a new organism similar to the hen which can be called a proto-chicken laid an egg and there was a mutation in its zygote leading to the development of a chicken which further became a chicken egg Evolution is such a slow process that we cannot say that any particular proto-chicken led to the development of a chicken .

So now we are left with two options, the first being that the first egg laying species led to formation of a proto-chicken through mutation which led to development of proto-chicken egg In any one of these proto-chicken eggs there was a change due to mutation due to which a chicken came and then came its egg or the second option that from any of these proto-chicken eggs any one egg was mutated from which came a chicken Then we again come to this question that what is the definition of an egg that is a weird question in itself But everyone is sure about one thing that if its a proto-chicken egg or a chicken egg, egg was the first to come first .
